10-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Because spare parts (like armatures, carbon brushes, and switches) are critical functional nodes in tool repair, we provide a strict **10-day replacement coverage** from the date of delivery. If a part is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or suffers from any visible manufacturing defect, we will exchange it immediately.
Claim Process
- Email **support@primespare.in** with your Order ID, invoice copy, and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach a clear photo or short video showing the DOA part condition or compatibility issue.
- Once verified, our Jaipur logistics desk will schedule a free reverse pickup at your address.
Excluded Items
To be eligible for exchange or refund, the returned item must be in its original packaging, unmodified, and uninstalled.
* Note: We cannot accept replacements or refunds for consumable parts that show tool-mounting marks, switch terminal wiring alterations, or gear modifications.
Refund Timelines
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned shipment at our Jaipur central warehouse, refunds are processed within **5-7 business days**. The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) or can be processed as B2B store credits for subsequent manifest procurement.
